Whether it's painting, siding, roofing, landscaping, decks, sheds, etc. you must submit a Design Approval Request form (below) and attach bids, drawings, materials, color swatches etc (which will expedite the process) to the ACC Commitee for approval. However please note it can take up to 30 days depending on the current weather season to receive a response from the ACC Committee. Please refrain from starting a project until you have received written approval from the ACC Committee.
Also please note that all construction must meet all zoning, buiding codes and laws of Snohmoish County Planning and Development.
